4th Grade Winter Ice Castles
Fourth Graders created these winter ice castles using watercolor and tempera paints.

3rd Grade Mae Jemison Resist Painting
Third graders learned about the famous African American Mae Jemison. She was the first African American woman to go into space. They created these crayon resists and added a colored picture of Mae to the top corner.

Winter Art Projects
Mrs. Murphy's class made these cut paper fish folders using heart shapes. I made this one for Mrs. Murphy

Fifth graders in Mrs. Cooper's class made these birch tree scenes. They used tissue paper and glue glaze for the sky. Students chose either warm colors or cool colors for the sky. They made the trees using cut paper, marker, and crayon. They learned about shadows and made them in the snow using crayon.
